Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk or Coconut Milk,
  • 1 Sambazon Acai Smoothie Pack,
  • 1 Tbsp Raw Honey,
  • ½ Banana,
  • 1/2 cup blueberries,
  • 7 mango chunks frozen,
  • 7 pineapple chunks frozen,
  • 4 strawberries frozen

Toppings:

Pick any of the toppings you like, just be aware of the total sugar.

  • Banana
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  • Blackberries
  • Kiwi
  • Mango
  • Pineapple
  • Granola
  • Unsweetened shredded coconut
  • Coconut chips
  • Almond Butter
  • Chia Seeds
  • Goji Berries
  • Chocolate Chips
  • Cacao Nibs
  • Carob Chips
  • Raw Honey
  • Agave syrup

 

Directions:

  1. Take Acai pack out of freezer, put in warm water for a few minutes to defrost, and then break into chunks.
  2. Put the Ingredients (toppings NOT included) into the blender.
  3. Blend on low until the larger chunks are broken down, scraping the sides of the blender when needed.
  4. Then Blend on high until you have a smooth consistency, you want it less thick than ice cream but thicker than a smoothie.
  5. Pour the purée into a bowl.
  6. Add your choice of toppings!
